5 Top Reasons of Backache & Home Physiotherapy Exercises
Struggling with low back pain? Find out the five most common causes, backed by recent research, and how home physiotherapy exercises can ease your pain.

Saturday & Sunday appointments to fit around work and family.

Not everyone can fit physiotherapy into the working week. Weekend appointments run on Saturdays and Sundays from 9am to 5pm, so you can be seen at home without taking time off or rearranging childcare. Weekday evening visits, from 4pm to 8pm, are also available if a mix of the two suits you better.
Weekend visits are the same full 45–60 minute, one-to-one sessions as any other day, with the same Chartered Physiotherapist. They're particularly helpful for families: a son or daughter who visits a parent at the weekend can be there for the session, ask questions and learn how to support exercises during the week.
Call or WhatsApp to arrange a Saturday or Sunday time. No GP referral is needed, and Nasir will ask a few questions first to check that home physiotherapy is right for you.
Your session follows the same structure as any other visit: history, physical assessment, hands-on treatment where appropriate and exercise.
If relatives are present, Nasir explains the plan, shows them how to help safely and answers their questions while everyone is in the room.
A written programme keeps you on track until your next visit, which can be another weekend or a weekday evening.
