Your privacy

Cookie policy.

Short version: we don't use tracking or advertising cookies. The only cookies come from the optional Google Map, and only if you say yes.

What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files a website can store on your device. Similar technology (“local storage”) lets a site remember simple settings in your browser.

Cookies we use

Strictly necessary (always on)

  • Your cookie choice — we save the option you pick in this banner in your browser's local storage (item name wehp-cookie-consent), so we don't ask you again on every page. It never leaves your device.

Our website itself sets no cookies and uses no analytics, tracking or advertising tools.

Optional (only if you click “Accept all”)

  • Google Maps — the maps of our home-visit service area (in the footer, on the contact page and on each area page) are provided by Google. When it loads, Google may set its own cookies (for example to remember preferences and protect against abuse). It is only loaded after you accept. See how Google uses cookies.

Other services we link to

  • Contact form — when you send an enquiry, the details you type are sent to FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which emails them to us at naz@specialisthomephysiotherapy.com. It does not set cookies on our website.
  • Social media, WhatsApp and Google reviews — these links open the other service's own website or app, where their cookie policies apply.
  • Client video — our review video is hosted on this website, so playing it sets no cookies.

Changing your choice

You can change your mind at any time: . You can also clear cookies and site data in your browser settings.
